Catering Policies

Please review our catering policies to ensure a seamless experience for your special event.

Ordering Policy

A minimum order of 20 guests is required for catering services.
Orders must be placed at least 15 days prior to the event date.

Deposit & Payment

Deposit Amount: $250 deposit is required to secure the booking date.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due 7 days before the event.
We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • Cancellations made 10 days before the event receive a full refund. Non-Refundable Deposit will not be included.

  • Cancellations made within 4-9 days receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

Menu Customization

Customization Policy: Menu customization is available upon request and must be finalized 14 days prior to the event.
Final Menu Confirmation: Menu selections are considered final 14 days before the event.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
Liability Disclaimer: We make every effort to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee allergen-free food.

Liability & Damages

Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable event space. Damages to rental equipment, tableware, or décor are the client’s responsibility.
